What are people's speculations on the upcoming Kiss 100 London rebrand in April? Will they lean more chart-top 40 to fill the gap left by Capital's more adult sound, or lean more dance like in the original days of Kiss 100?
Edited by bueller on 03/06/06 04:27 PM.

Probably more Top 40-ish, but still very Dance/Rhythmic friendly. Expect something along the lines of Z-103.5 Toronto:

Actually according to what I read, the whole point of Re-Branding Kiss, is to get away from the Dance station Image... Kiss has been slowly pushing dance away since they went legal in the mid nineties. Expect to hear more POP-Rock,,, and probably cancel all the night time and weekend specialty shows.... I hate to see this one go,,,, It was a World Famous Heritage Dance station, ... Loosing Londons only (LEGAL) Dance station (just plain Bloody sucks mate...LOL).......Their is a chance that the station may actually get better,,, like Slam Fm in Holland,,,, they went Top 40, but kept a strong focus on Dance still.

Two can play the British bloke, mate ;)
Britain's Dance scene is deffo wicked, so let's not turn this here radio station to something gash. I fancy that we should all just tell them corporate buggers to sod off.
