Kiss 108 not #1 anymore?

has anyone else noticed that Kiss 108 isn't "Boston's #1 Hit Music Station" anymore? it is now proclaimed as " All The Hits... Kiss 108" does anyone know why they changed? are they not the number one hit station in boston?
 
I saw posted on the NY board that Z100 dropped the "#1" mentions too. I guess they just realized there's no reason to say it, since they're the only hit music stations in their respective cities anyway.
 
If you say that you the "# 1 hit music station" ,alot people may want to know who is # 2, if you suck . :D
 
Their sister station WJMN is beating them in the ratings, and isn't the music they play also hits? I know they're CHR/rhythmic hits instead of CHR/pop hits, but hits are still hits.

In that case, Kiss is no longer the #1 hit station. Their sister station WJMN is.

No kidding, right? I've wondered for years why CC would quantify their stations like this. It does give the impression that there are other stations that might be worth checking out during one of their three hourly stopsets.
