Kiss 108 TV ads (2012)

I know why they're doing it today, but when was the last time that Kiss 108 put out ads on TV? Was that Matty in the middle of the ads along with Nicki Minaj and others which I couldn't ID?

So far Jam'n is the station which seems to be affected by Amp - maybe CC should do Jam'n ads as well?

The only other time I remember TV ads for Kiss was in 2005, and I remember it featured Usher and Kelly Clarkson.

I saw this the other day during the Patriots game. Not really sure what the point of having a Kiss 108 TV ad is. I think everyone is aware of the station.

The only ones that should really be advertising is AMP.

I agree that JAM'N does look like it may have been affected by AMP the most. The next ratings book should be interesting. Considering that they switched their commercial times, added different hours for commercial free music and also toned down the amount of Hip Hop. It's mostly pop/dance now with a few rap songs mixed in.

For the same reason Coca-Cola and Pepsi still advertise, and one of the big reasons to advertise on radio: top of mind awareness. The brand has solid recognition, but there's always room for growth. Especially when there's a new game in town...
