I think Hot 104.5 is already your Rhythmic Pop station. Hip-hop? No way. They can't even say the word "Hip Hop" on the air. They call their music "hit beats" whatever the heck that is! I think what Knoxville needs is a real hip-hop station. But of course, as explained previously here, the demographics of Knoxville would never support it.
