Kiss staff got letters today...

Um..ok, right. IN as being kept by Clear Channel. Staff were notified who would be going to CC and who would be no longer employed as of next Friday.
 
Let's hope CC keeps the talent. I understand no one is to say anything about whether they stay or go, or they do go :'(
I may not be a J@B fan but the CHR cowboys are local and that would be big if CC hung on to them :-\
 
J&B are basically only on through April.
Their contract was up, they received a 3 month extension I believe which at that time CC will replace them with one of their syndicated morning shows either Valentine or Kraddick.
It's not really "staying"or being kept on, it's just a temporary stay until they get staff moved over to Eliot Ave. and figure out how everything is going to flow organizationally then they'll be all set to go to the syndicated show.
Tyler stays on so they have at least 1 local show.
 
GenXRadio...I won't bet the farm against you, but I still think there is a shot J&B will remain past their extension. I'm not saying you're wrong, just saying there
is a chance...based on the "little birds" that I know ...
