KISS will win the Rock format, even though KLTO does not have a good signal to SA they can't keep the tower on how do they make money? IT was off a lot of the day on Sunday.
 
Hmm...KISS comes in a lot stronger than 97.7. I enjoy it at night here in Houston all the time. Sure, there are stations on 97.9 & 97.5 here but even in the outskirts of SA, KISS's signal still dominates. Just flip it back to Spanish already.
