Kiss98.5 Weak Signal

Anyone know what is going on with WKSE 98.5 signal? Over past few weeks the analog is weak, processing is muddy, and the HD is showing HD1, HD2, HD3, HD4 with nothing on HD4. Also the audio level is very low on HD2 & HD3. The problem with a weak analog is that it is harder for the radio to switch to digital. Did they move the FM back to new tower but have issues?

Good to see I'm not going crazy.....Thought it was my radio..
Working in a factory, it's the only way to get WGR/WBEN...
Basically have to add an external speaker....OR run thru a radio and then to another speaker just to hear anything

What is going on at Audacy Buffalo engineering? Kiss98.5 analog is still very weak. I assume they moved to the new tower this summer? The audio has no high end and I hear what sounds like an overdriven pilot tone. The HD is good but if the analog is weak the radio won’t switch to the HD.
Star102.5 has a different issue where the analog is causing HD 3 to disappear during certain program material. It comes and goes constantly.
In my other thread of translator or jammer the sister station AM 1400 has a translator at 107.3 with no audio for 3 months.
‘Maybe corporate is pushing the app so hard that as long as streaming is good that is all that matters.
