Kix 105.5 now on 106.3 for SW CT why No advertising

Its weird to know that Kix 105.5 is now being relayed on 106.3 down here. It screams through Greenwich and Stamford where country music was not available. I did not find out about it until last week. I am surprised that Cumulus would not be doing any advertising that country music is now available. why do you suppose this is. Billboards in Stamford & Norwalk (weak signal tho there) Trains that go into the city as well as train stations you could advertise at. I suppose it is a cost issue. Thoughts?
