Kix in,Kingsley out at ACC

According to R&R, Kix Brooks replaces Veteran Bob Kingsley at American Country Countdown beginning in 2006. Kingsley says he will search for a new distributer and hopes to continue his coundown show. How would this be effected withe the future sale of the ABC Radio, since they also own and distribute ACC? What will be heard locally on Kicks 101.5?
