KJR embarrassess themselves over Derrick Coleman incident

And you felt the need to try and make a supportive post towards KJR, a station that, believe, me, deserves no support at all.

Don't get me wrong, I've sent numerous emails, letters, and Facebook posts under different names to Beacon Plumbing, Duke's Chowder House, and Sleep Country/Sleep Train making it clear that I will never shop/dine with them as long as they advertise on KJR and KIRO.

Kelly A, it is clear to me that you are probably a long-time veteran of the radio industry who has lost the ability to see the forest for the trees. You probably think the ridiculous amount of advertising/live reads on today's radio are perfectly acceptable rather than a frightening example of Giant Corporations encroaching even more on our lives than necessary.

All you clearly care about is "popping a rating" rather than "providing good, quality radio."

Instead of praising KJR for making fools of themselves, you should be discussing how to get their current management fired and replaced with people willing to make wholesale changes to the station including firing almost all current on-air talent and less live and local.
