I thought it was WABC or WMCA in New York.

"From Me To You" was the 2nd song to hit the radio in the US in '63.
Many stations played it in July / Aug including KRLA.

The first Beatle song in the US was Please Please Me in April
of '63 . It made # 40 in late April Early May on KFXM in San Bernardino Calif.
Notice the spelling of the groups name!
