KJUG's AM Flips

On their Facebook page, the AM is flipping to Christian. Bummer.
Will the same owner still own it or is it being sold to another company?

The owner is probably concentrating on getting their two FMs moved. It wasn't worth their time and effort, compared to collecting a monthly LMA. I would think the "Christian" market in the area is pretty well saturated. Anyone considering putting Christian programming on 620, and I have no idea if anyone was considering that, would be wise to reconsider.
I wouldn't mind if the 'new upgraded' KCRZ did the "classic country" that the KJUG-AM had.

I sure hope so. Was also thinking KJUG-FM might go like KCWR in Bakersfield but no such luck. I feel like an old friend died. It was also that last AM-stereo in the valley that I knew of, not that there are many stereo sets out there, but my old 87' Dodge had one and my father-in-law has a Ford pickup with one. Borrowed it every chance I got, would never have even known either vehicle had am-stereo if not for KJUG turning the light on.

Last song was Marty Robbins, "Don't worry 'bout me". Switched right at midnight monday.
