KJUL 104.7 gets booster in Vegas

nd2023

Banned
The static that plagues reception of 104.7 KJUL in Las Vegas will be no more once the booster atop the Stratosphere goes on the air.

Umm. Old news?
installed that 2 bay three years ago. 107.9 and 104.7 ???
What's his face from Rivera. Before Beasley bought 107.5
Rimshot from Senator. If I remember correctly, they were both out at Dolan awhile back.

I believe the KJUL booster is there - the signal's plenty strong on that part of the Strip. Any idea why it doesn't appear in any FCC licensing records?

Booster wasn't there when we were there March 1-6. Signal in Summerlin bad, especially indoors. Splatter from 104.3 also. Everybody we know in that area disappointed.

Check Radio Locator for info, a CP exists for KJUL to double antennae height, expires December this year. Anybody know if they are working on that. Do members know there are boosters in Crystal, Mesquite, and one other location, actually repeaters, I mean, different frequencies. Check Radio Locator.

The CP is for the existing site at Moapa, closer to Mesquite than LV. I can find no record of a CP for a translator or Booster on the Stratosphere. Other stations have one there, but not them.

Anybody know if Duke Morgan who was on KJUL still around. He monitored interview with Connie Stevens at Brendens when she played at Suncoast.

107.9 and 105.7 have their boosters on the Stratosphere. A translator on 102.3 also broadcasts from there.
