KJUL/Las Vegas Market

Hi Las Vegas!

I've been reading the post about KJUL. Las Vegas seems like a market that doesn't really look at "outside" talent. Not knowing this market very well, do you think the new airstaff will be existing talent OR will they go for fresh and new? I've noticed in the short time here, that most openings are filled with market veterans.

On another note, I went back to read a few older post, to understand this market. I must agree with some about AFTRA. I belong to AFTRA and have been a memeber for 13 years maybe? I cannot help thinking how different this market would be if AFTRA had a prescence here. However, I don't think radio management would let it happen. Am I wrong on this?
