KJZZ and Static

I was driving home listening to KJZZ and NPR's All Things Considered between 3:00-4:00. I estimate every 90 seconds the sound went out for less than four seconds.

Did anyone else notice this? Did it happen all day?
 
That static you're hearing has been going on for a couple of days, and I couldn't even handle it by Wednesday afternoon. I turned it off and put on a CD. Afternoon announcer Steve Goldstein acknowledged the static before I tuned out, and said engineers were working on it. But it's taking way too long.
