Two weeks after the FCC finally approved the three signal DTS for Albuquerque, Socorro, and city of license Truth or Consequences but also with the CP about to expire in ten days, I've been checking channel 12 and earlier today they did have a signal going. Reception was pretty good coming in at about 85-95% although it was fluctuating a bit. 12.1 was showing a promotional video for the upcoming WEST channel to launch later this month and 12.2 had MeTV Toons. It is currently back off the air so it may still be testing everything out. This is the DTS-3 signal that is off of Sandia Crest at about 35kW according to the FCC profile.

I'll keep checking and see when it goes live but it does look like this will be the latest addition to the market!
 
The station is now officially licensed. Today it has expanded its channel line-up as follows:

All channels are in 16:9
12.1 WEST (to launch on 9/29) 720p
12.2 Start TV 480i
12.3 Dabl 480i
12.4 Catchy Comedy 480i
12.5 MeTV Toons 480i (was previously in 720p)
12.6 Movies! 480i
12.7 Story Television 480i

Most of these are already shown elsewhere so we'll see over time if they get pulled from their current affiliates. All of these are also shown on KKAC Carlsbad and KKAD Silver City though in different order.

I certainly hope this does well for them in this age of streaming.
