Yeah 92.3 The Beat played KP & Envyi "Swing My Way" in heavy rotation but KP & Envyi came out in January 1998. "Swing My Way" was very popular on the west coast back in late 1997/1998. It got a lot of airplay during that time. I would a lot hear it on KGGI, Power 106, The Beat and KCAQ during the spring and summer months of 1998. Man those were the days.

Yeah, come to think of it The Beat played the heck out of Bone Thugs N Harmony's music back in the day. "Ghetto Cowboy" was No. 1 on the rap charts back in 1998 so KKBT played in heavy.
 
Number 1?!? I never imagined it was even closely that big on a nationwide scale. I even thought it was just a regional thing. Interesting how that song has now been completely forgotten.

Very True KDM 7000. It's like the hits back in the 90's and Early 2000's earn heavy rotation on the radio but many years later they're completely forgotten. It sucks man but hey thats how it goes.
