KKGO HD 3

I saw on Inside Radio All Access and Country Aircheck that KKGO- HD3 would start broadcasting Go Country Classics on March24 Has anyone else seen this? Am listening to Unforgetable LA On HD3 now

Radio Fan....go check again. I just tuned in at 8:26 AM and they ran a liner ID'ing as Go Country Classics.
I think you may have mistaken a softer country classic for something that sounds a bit like what you might have encountered on Unforgettable LA. However, it absolutely is Go Country Classics now.
But of course, knowing the love Saul has for standards, I certainly imagine we will see the format return once again, possibly on an HD-4 on 105.1 if Mt. Wilson decides to deploy a 4th side channel.

David:

Those days may be over for good. I was in Monterey last week and Saul's flipped KNRY (AM 1240) to the oldies format he's running on 1260 in Los Angeles. Monterey-Carmel, with its large retirement population, is about as hospitable a place for the Unforgettable format as there is on the West Coast.
