wouldn't it be just easier for listeners to switch to KUSC? This has happened to the HD2 and 3 signals of KKGO before and I think it's obvious that Mr. Levine is just not paying attention to them and maybe does not care

Keep in mind that access to Mt Wilson is still highly restricted, and totally closed every time it rains. Most stations don't have HD on their auxiliary transmitter; in normal conditions, being on the AUX would be a matter of a few hours but with the Wilson difficulties, it can be many days.
To blame Mr. Levine for something every LA station has gone through since the Station Fire is disingenuous.
