KKJJs cousin in LA

Jack in Los Angeles was the #1 English language 25-54 station (#4 25-54 overall) in the book that came out Tuesday. Do you think the Las Vegas Jack will do that well when the Summer book is released three months from now? Interestingly, the two stations that Jack seemed to hurt the most in LA were sister Infinity stations alternative KROQ and oldies KRTH. This was an impressive debut for Jack/LA, but now the big question is will they be able to hold on to those numbers in the months to come once the curiosity cume wears off?

It's been said that each Jack is slightly different musically. For example, the Jack in LA plays a healthy portion of classic alternative/new wave (which is probably why KROQ went down). How do you think the Las Vegas Jack leans compared to it's counterparts across the country? Judging from the music monitors I have seen of various variety hits stations, it seems KKJJ leans a little more classic rock. For example, a recent segue was Aerosmith-Love in an elevator into ZZ Top-Cheap Sunglasses. Of course, KKJJ plays far more than classic rock. But perhaps they lean in that direction to give maximum competition to stations like KXPT and KKLZ and minimum overlap to sister station and cash cow KMXB.
