KKLA - Coverage

Does anybody notice that the FCC gave a CP for KKLA to be non-directional from directional attenna pattern. Does this mean KKLA can be easily heard in the Inland Empire area?

It looks like it will. Salem did this in conjunction with Dan Mitchell's 99.5 Rancho Mirage app. to go from 3kw to 6kw at his current transmitter site. Mitchell stated it would be too costly to move to one of the area sites east of his present site to meet FCC distance separations for the full 6kw operation.
