From 83ish to around 1994, 93.7 was KLTR (K-Lite, Lite Rock, and Less Talk), more like sunny 99.1 than 70's oldies.

The Houston Post TV Guide Radio Column listed KKRW 93.7 as Rock Oldies, followed by KLDE 94.5 Oldies Pop Rock, KIKK 95.7 Country, KHMX 96.5 Adult Pop;Rock KRTH 97.1 Classical and KBXX 97.9 as Urban Contemporary however the Chroncile's TV Guide Radio Column listed KKRW as 70s Rock Hits;KBXX as Contemporary Crossover and KHMX as Adult Contemporary;Rock.poops said:T.J., I hope this helps...

I regularly attended a seminar in Fort Worth on that week and had noticed their sister station there had flipped to classic rock. When I got back within range of 93.7, there was no more K-Lite, only the Arrow. If you know kevinc, he might be able give you some detailed info as he had worked at 93.7 during that time
