Location: Hot Springs AR
Noalmark Broadcasting has an immediate opening for a Program Director. The primary focus of this position will assisting with scheduling of music, all station promotions and the supervision of air staff. Must be able to do an on-air shift. The position requires 2-5 years of programming experience, Hot A/C – Top 40 experience preferred. Digital studio experience and computer skills a must. The ideal candidate will be a creative leader that cultivates and understands talent, along with a thorough knowledge of Power Gold, Scott Studios and other audio editing software is helpful. Along with your resume and air check, please include a detail description of your formula for success.
