KLBJ

Along with KLIF's penchant for 'firsts' ("First Radio Station to Broadcast over the Internet", etc), KLIF makes a stand in being the "First AM Station to Call IBOC a Stupid Idea" and reverts to C-Quam AM Stereo. A flip back to oldies under the KRQX calls is imminent, with talk programming moving back up the dial to 1190 after a 16 1/2 year absence.

Oh wait, are we still on the Bored Board topic??? Oops. ;D

Turn your radio to null out KLIF splatter. KLBJ is so strong it was not badly affected unless you are a lot closer to KLIF than I am. Also - a badly aligned AM radio is much more prone to the splatter. I have been retrofitting a lot of radios lately to put in narrow ceramic filters to reduce this hash.
