KLCA KLCA HD-2 Ratings

The latest Reno ratings has KLCA with it's CHR format with a 2.6,and KLCA HD-2 with it's Rythmic CHR a 3.7. I don't think there are too many situations where an HD-2 gets these kind of ratings.
