KLIF Presents 21 Classics Vol IV LP

Was at the goodwill shop today and found this LP. Problem is it HAS NO LP! Anyone have this LP on CD or in Mp3 files?

E-Bay has a bunch of that stuff. A lot of it still in the plastic. Steve Eberhart actually has some of the original promos for those very albums. I ought to know, I sent them to him!

I haggled with the Goodwill lady for the jacket!

They wouldn't sell it without the LP and was going to send it back. She finally gave in.

I also have one from KFJZ. It had an LP but when I brought it home it was a different LP!

Thanks for the tip!

I did that with a compilation from KAKC (the "Rockin' 97") in Tulsa that was made around 1969. I made my own CD version of it using tracks from my CD collection and Mp3's from other places ;) It was a 2-LP set and all 31 tracks fit nicely on a 80 minute CD-R. I later sent the scans to http://tulsatvmemories.com/kakcgold.html for their memories page on KAKC.

I've also have a couple of those KLIF albums in my record collection that I found at thrift stores over the years, plus several from KIMN, KHJ, KLEO, KELP, Y-94 (Houston) and KEYN.

I've bought records from that seller before. Went to his house to pick up my purchase, he's local here in Dallas. Scanned down the page and saw the 13th Floor Elevators record... yow! I have one! Still remember when I bought it at one of the two old Melody Shops that were in downtown Dallas. Amazing.

It's a great album, I bought the (now out of print) Sundazed reissue of it on 180 gram clear vinyl last year. ;D

Thanks all.

Got the album. Apart from Selden. Anyone know if the Dj's are alive still? Would like to get them to sign it if possible.

Thanks!
