KLJB 18.3?

According to w9wi.com, KLJB in Davenport was listed as having two subchannels. But KLJB has only sub: Me TV on 18.2. Apparently, in addition to that, Fox 18 has a third subchannel that airs My Network TV. But that network airs on WQAD 8.3... Does w9wi.com know something we don't? Or is this a clerical error like I suspect?
