KLOS supposedly to launch a talk station on 95.5 HD2 featuring replays of Heidi and Frank. Currently KABC airs there. Any truth to this? Thoughts on the concept?

It is indeed 24 hours of Heidi & Frank. The latter of the half, Frank Kramer is hoping to add more shows to the HD2 he now runs.
