KLove

at the high end of the dial, I hear a song followed by the announcer indicating he was in Phoenix...then, I dial down to the low end, and hear the same song followed by a female voice just identifying KLove...

what's that all about? it's as if the music is being played from a server, from a programmed playlist, but they're trying to "localize" it (for some places)...

Hate em here, too. Their signal is always stepping on the audio for channel 6. Time for a call to Uncle Charlie.

It is called a local breakout used mostly during pledge drive times.
