KLQB La que buena simulcast?

I happened to hear the legal ID on Univision's KLQB-FM and heard another station also ID'ed. I didn't catch the calls but it was licensed to Robinson in the Waco market. Is that the 107.9 that Univision downgraded and moved to Waco so they could move another 107.9 into Dallas? And is it now a fulltime simulcast for KLQB?

Yes, that would be KHCK 107.9, and, yes, it was originally KAND-FM 107.9 in Corsicana. It became part of Rodriguez's, and later Heftel/HBC's, Kick FM Tejano rimshot around Dallas in either '93 or '94. "We got'cha surrounded!" should have been their motto!
