Absolutely. Arbitron was apparently appalled by the use of "its" data in the press to show whatever various "journalists" wanted to prove. In fact, the data was neither issued nor sanctioned by Arbitron, and did not represent what Arbitron feels is a usable sample... the total diaries placed in a market over 12 weeks, not four.
