KLSY history

I just received an aircheck of KLSY from August 16, 1996. Lights Out is hosted by Randy Thomas, and they're not using the "today's hits, yesterday's favorites" positioner. When did Charlie Brooks take over Lights Out, and when did that slogan come into the picture?

She must not have lasted long then, as by the time I quit listening at night Janet Wilson was at night seven days a week, before she was only on weekends. I think this would have been July 2002. I don't remember who was doing nights when the station rebranded to Mix.
