So, it seems now that KLTO is now under ANOTHER construction permit which expires in March 30 of 2009. Not much of a difference in signal coverage, it only covers the northwest a little better. Meaning that the antenna will be moved up a couple of miles up to the northwest. This also means that we will have to wait even longer to see what Univision does with this station.
