KLTO have there tower built?

I noticed over at radio-locator, dont know really who runs that site. But they say that the station has the tower already up, but the last time I was in Cuero, they said there call signs was back to KNGT. Anyone know whats up with that? I still dont see how the FCC would approve of that location with it going into KBXX's Houston 60db signal as well.

From what I've seen on the FCC web site is that the tower has a construction permit. KLTO is up but it's running from their old tower. When I was in Cuero several months ago the station was running jockless with a Tejano format.

I don't see it going into KBXX's 60db at all. Only the fringe is near KBXX's 60db.
