KLTO stunting or testing?

I notice KLTO is no longer playing Reggaeton and is now repeating the same 10-15 songs from Rock to Country. Is Univision testing the signal or stunting?
 
Did they move the site somewhere else? Is the tower no longer at McQueeney?

Folks, a little clarification. While KLTO's COL (community of license) is McQueeney, that's not the location of the tower. It's situated 28 miles to the southeast of McQueeney, putting it 51 miles due east of downtown San Antonio.
