KLTR/Brenham CP

What has happened to the CP for KLTR/Brenham that had 94.1 increasing power from its current 6400 watts to 50kw? I'm not seeing anything along the lines of a denial from the FCC, nor do I see the actual app. itself.

Did Cumulus object fearing interference to KQXY, or has it just been scrapped?

The online FCC database still shows the Class C2 application, plus a file that the frequency is "allotment reserved for a designated station." Perhaps some other station needs to move/downgrade before the KLTR upgrade takes place?

I don't think KLTR as a C2 would cause any issues with C1 KQXY. You already have C2 KTTX in Brenham which is co-channel to C0 KIOC in B/PA.

This one's a mystery to me, too. As noted, it's not a CP; instead it's an application that's still listed as "accepted for filing." I can't find much else that would shed any light on the status; no objections, informal or otherwise and no correspondence from the FCC about tech problems. But the application is on the "blocked" list with the reason being "technical deficiency-awaiting applicant information."
