KLTV Tower Rebuilding

Anyone know of how much progress has been made towards restoration of KLTV's Red Springs tower facilities since the February collapse....or even if they are making any progress at all?
 
The "word I heard" is that they will be rebuilding in the same spot that the old tower was (by now, you have probably heard that bit of news).

Actually, it's the first I heard.....but the question is when are they rebuilding?
