KLUV has been mixing in the classic rock to their playlist. They just played "Radar Love" by Golden Earring, something I thought they would never play.

The way I see it, they've been getting a lot better with their music. Any thoughts?

It certainly seems appropriate to their seventies focus -- when I listened to Top 40 radio in the late seventies, I really did hear quite a bit of rock mixed in, including some "album hits". Hearing "Stairway to Heaven" on Top 40 of that era was hardly rare.

Back in the seventies we pretty much had it all going on Top 40... R&B, Rock... Even Roger Whittaker's "Last Farewell". A great mix along with DJ's that actually could entertain... not just read liner cards.
