KLVL CHANGES FORMAT

The first station i ever worked for today changed format.
It is now called enamorada 1480 a pop-romantic format!
Its a good consept but withouth the good team its hard to sell!

Without a good signal it's also hard to sell. But it does hit some heavily Hispanic parts of the market pretty well.

Perhaps this fills the gap left by the recent flip of KOVE's "Amor" format. But music on AM has the same disadvantages for Hispanic demos as it does for anyone else.

The real problem is that Enamorada is a national trademark of Clear Channel and they will enforce it vigorously.
 
It doesnt seem like it since the station is already on the air!
And yes KLVL recently had a upgrate and now sounds better!
Any one think this format could work on AM?
When i use to work for that station we would bill about 100,000 a month i dont see that happening now!

As soon as Clear finds out, they will have a lawyer send a letter, followed by a C&D and a lawsuit.

Nope. Never.
