KLVL Sale Challenged

Dr Arango thinks he is going to push my 26 years old son around he can KISS MY ASS and the rest of my family. I will put the video back up so you guys can hear it.

Thank you for making an appearance, Dade, correcting misstatements and adding to our knowledge on this matter.

As I said earlier, having read your complaint I agree that you have them nailed on the antenna issue. What they certified to the FCC is an antenna which in no way looks like the one they are using.
 
I just had to post a smart line of mess on this thread to get a laugh. The fact of the matter is Dr. Gabriel Arango and I just got off the phone with each other. The real owner of KLVL. WHOOOO. The mean guy that was SUPPOSE to have fired me years ago. LOL True facts he did not build that translator. If you would like to see us in a picture on social media together to let the rest of you have a big laugh please let us know. The complaint requested the FCC do an inspection. We had no idea it would be the next morning. Here is something you guys all need to know. I have been hearing this for years and I hope this is an eye opener for you all. The is no FCC in Houston. There here more than you know. For yeas no FCC let's crank it up. Better not. There are monitors on buildings in different cities now watching radio stations and have been for some time. I am sure I am going to catch hell for this post. FCC inspectors also check towers and ship to shore inspections for communications. This equipment can be operated by remote. So to say there is no FCC is dead wrong. Uncle Sam can watch you by remote for a very long time now. Have a great week everyone and please keep the story that Arango and I are at each other big time. It will make a great movie.

I did actually send an interference complaint a few years ago and attached a video showcasing interference from the 45 dBu contour all the way up to the 60 dBu contour. I also mentioned they were originating programming. Nothing has been done but now they have an originating station as of recently.

It has been some time since our last contact. We concur with everything you stated in your referenced post above.

There is a collective effort to deceive and cause illegal interference to LEGITIMATE radio stations like your son’s by MOST if not ALL of the renegade FM Translators siting on top of the 1049’ tall Downtown Wells Fargo Bank Building.

Collectively, they have a well-placed “mole” on the first floor. When the FCC arrives unannounced at the high rise Wells Fargo Bank Building, they are required to clear with Building Security BEFORE they are allowed to take the elevator up to inspect these FM translators top-side. That is when the “mole” calls up top and “tips” them off that the FCC is on their way up so that they have time to make pre-prepared “CHANGES” to their facilities while the FCC is on its way up to inspect them.

We at KTWL-FM, legally serving North Houston have (and continue to have) for many years suffered the same treatment as your son with his radio station receiving gross interference emanating from the “rats nest” located at the top of the 1,049ft Wells Fargo Bank Building in Downtown Houston.

We at KTWL specifically are referring to the “greatest of them all” interference originator referred to as “Power 105.3”, a/k/a K287BQ-FM TRANSLATOR STATION. They operate most times so OVERPOWERED that they interfere well within KTWL’s 1mVm contour!

This is illegal and it has caused serious financial damage to KTWL due to its rightful signal being robbed by this “Power 105.3” radio translator.

We are a FULL SERVICE CLASS RADIO STATION.

“Power 105.3 FM” and its FCC designation being K287BQ-FM … IS NOT!

The Henderson Family has formally filed its Complaint against SDK FRANCO, Licensee of K287BQ-FM TRANSLATOR, HOUSTON, TX before the FCC Enforcement Bureau in Washington, DC, and informally with the FCC Field Enforcement Office and Field Agent, Mr. Johnny Le, in Dallas.

And, this time, after all these years we believe their filed Complaint will be seriously and properly considered, and WITHOUT THE CHICANERY caused by their past and nefarious FCC Attorney, now under government investigation and, as a result, may lose his right to practice before the Federal Communications Commission because he has represented and continues to represent many other translator stations just like this “Power 105.3 FM” translator THROUGHOUT AMERICA beginning when this ill planned translator “boom” began.

KTWL-FM 105.3 serving North Houston…will FINALLY get its Rightful Signal… BACK!

Flame Away…or please help us end this illegal activity that we suffer, along with the other numerous LOCAL and Houston Area Full Service Radio Stations being interfered with by the bad acting translator station licensees. Please do so by filing your own FCC Enforcement Complaint. It is easy to do, too! Just go to www.FCC.gov to begin this simple process. Any member of the public can also file their own Complaint with the Federal Communications Commission to help end this malicious interference.

Let’s ALL work to end this “Wild West” activity and mentality here in Houston, please

The interference was really bad. But I’ve noticed right before the switch over to Radio Vision Latina that the translator is a lot weaker. KTWL is now the dominant station up in the Conroe / The Woodlands area. Used to be Power.

Also what about Power using KTWL in their TOTH ID?? I haven’t heard their ID on 99.5 but they had mentioned KTWL and KKBQ HD3 for years.

The 99.5 ID only mentions 2 translators. Haven’t listen to their actual names but I’m assuming it’s both the translators of 99.5.

They mention on being from sugarland and the other being from Houston. And they mention broadcasting in HD DIGITAL.

I’ve noticed the same thing at my NW Harris County (Cy-Fair) location; K287BQ seems to have reduced its power (no pun intended). I’m now hearing KTWL punch through in a number of places.

Prior to K287BQ going on the air KTWL was quite easy to hear in this part of the metro.

There are still no originating stations for 105.3, as well as 106.1 and 99.5.

This is random, but I think KNLE in Austin and Wells Fargo are connected as well. I heard the operator of KNLE once asking for people to call and get the Wells Fargo account number to donate to the station, which was in a sad state. Hopefully things have improved there.
 
KNLE has no connection to Wells Fargo but a bank account. KNLE is seemingly in a very bad financial position of you listen to the operator. I'm not sure how they do financially but I doubt if that Wells Fargo accound has much of a balance.
