On another thread, someone called KLVZ an "electic oldies station." As a regular listener, I totally agree, as I had pretty much given up on terrestrial radio given the flip of KEZW-AM to sports. KLVZ has made listening to radio fun again, as they play oldies that other oldies stations with a much tighter playlist (read "Ain't Too Proud to Beg," etc., ad nauseam) wouldn't touch. Many of KLVZ's playlist are songs that I haven't heard for decades because some of them didn't hit the top 20.
