Hearst Television is Producing the Missouri Senate debates on KMBC-TV

KMBC’s debate tonight will include questions from local voters from across the political spectrum. “Keeping viewers informed as they prepare to vote is an enormous responsibility and one of our most important roles as journalists in Kansas City,” said Dan O’Donnell, KMBC’s news director.

KMBC, Hearst’s ABC affiliate in Kansas City, is airing a U.S. Senate debate between Missouri Democratic incumbent Claire McCaskill and Republican challenger Josh Hawley tonight at 9.

The two candidates will also field questions from an audience of local voters.
