That only applys to channels that were on the auction -- not channels that have been
licensed. If KMEN was not there the 100.5 A allocation would still remain available for the next auction. If 100.5 A is then NOT auctioned off -- then and only then would the channel -- MIGHT be deleted, if after public notice -- no interest is made for the channel.
If you will check the FCC data DKSLK 96.1 A is still in the data base. The Allocation will remain until it is added to the following auction window.
