According to Wikipedia, 7.3 is supposed to be Laff TV but that has seemingly been moved to 7.4 (Which is supposed to be an SD simulcast of 7.1) with Court TV (which is also mirrored on Univision O&O KTFD 14.4 (Which is supposed (Was?) Escape)

Court TV is fairly new. Its sister network "Escape" recently rebranded itself CourtTV Mystery. The logos look similar
