KMGI-KNDD Recording?

Anyone have this format change? Was there any stunting? I remember them changing but I was vewwy witto. I would be also interested in a KNBQ-KBSG flip. Thanks!

I know I have it ... may take a while to find it, though! Very memorable because it was so unprofessional. Noble, I believe, owned it at the time ... and one of the regional exec's went on air and apologized for how screwed up the station had become and promised this new format would set the record straight. Then ... into REM's "end of the world...."

Do not have KNBQ-->KBSG on tape, but did listen that morning. I believe Chet Rogers made the announcement ... but not positive about that. Was at a competing AM-oldies at the time and remember thinking our butts were about to be buried when I heard it roll out on FM!

i have a copy of it. they stunted with tv theme songs, inbetween the songs there was a voice saying "the end is coming (today at 3pm)"
