KMPH 840 Modesto has been sitting with just an open carrier for at least 24 hours ,it is now Wednesday 2 / 1 / 12 and still just an open carrier.
I'm sure it is programmed out of the area but don't they monitor it ?????

Don't know, but they've filed a trademark application for "Open Carrier 840"...
