There was a previously planned KMPS 'staff reunion' that with the demise of the station will likely take on a new scale and meaning. it's Dec 20th and if you worked there then you know who to contact for details. There have also been some wonderful threads this week on various individuals facebook pages that have really honored the many amazing people who worked there. Folks I hadn't heard from in years chiming in with their well wishes and memories. It really marks the end of an era for that type of radio station and I was proud to be a part of it as an advertiser.
