KMTP-DTV Channel 32.2 is pretty bad!

Am I the only who noticed this....?

I tried to watch Chinese programming on KMTP-DTV Channel 32.2/World Channel last night, and they showed nothing but a bunch of repeats! What shocked me the most was they have been rebroadcasting (Over and over again) the News from China/Taiwan/Hong Kong... The newscasts was dated LAST FRIDAY (7/13!!!!)

What's up with that? Anyone has any information about it?

I never watch KMTP on Dishnetwork and don't have HDTV yet. How many ads do they have? Arn't they non-profit? I havn't watched ch: 32 since the KNEW-TV days when the signal was horid.
 
How do you get 32.2? Do you need a tv box or convertor box?

The picture quality on channel 32 is terrible. One year ago, I watch Into The Storm and I cannot believe every episode was so dark. It wasn't the TV series, it was channel 32. I even rented the same show on tape and it look 100% clear.
