How can KMTP Ch. 32 can get away showing commericals (see chinese programming), they aren't underwriting spots, they are actual commericals. They got fined once back in 2004, but I don't know how they are able to get away with it. They are license as a non-commerical educational station.
 
Well KMTP tranformed into another Chinese and Korean station after KCNS and KTSF. I noticed DirecTV does not carry KMTP because of this.
