KMZM Montezuma, Colorado 2004-2009

Near Keystone and Dillon, is a tiny town, Montezuma, population around 65.

Supposedly there was a station described as 'low power' at 96.7, later at 96.5, that had the call letters KMZM. The station operated from a home in the town (one report said it was the house painted purple). I could not get a clear answer of whether this was a FCC licensed or part 15 station. Based on the reported coverage: in town and near the town, it could be either a Low Power FM or a part 15, especially if the past 15 pushed it a bit.

The reason for the post is to see if anyone knows anything about KMZM that reportedly operated from 2004 through 2009. A curious mind wants to know.
